Collegiate offers many opportunities for you to become involved in its Music Ministry. There are opportunities to sing solos or perform in small ensembles as well as the full choirs: as well as be part of the Music Team for contemporary worship. There are all kinds of possibilities for instrumentalists to play solos or in small ensembles, to accompany the choirs or soloists, or to help with hymn accompaniments.Adult Choir

CPC Consort An example of a creative contribution to the church’s music is CPC’s Sunday Consort. This ensemble plays for the Traditional Worship service on a various Sunday of each month, leading worshipers in an eclectic mix of non-traditional hymns and worship songs in folk, gospel, world and jazz styles. The Consort is composed of Bill and Cathy Simpkins, Laura LaGrange, with guest artists including the CPC Choir and soloists, with instrumentalists who have recently included Michael Golemo (soprano sax), Leslie Koppenhaver (oboe), Barry Larkin (percussion) and Kevin Schilling (oboe).Please think about the ways you might contribute to the Music Ministry at Collegiate.
